So what you want to achieve this year guys? I want to through a lot of mini cuts carb cycling get to around 97 kg , full dense and shredded. Not shredded and stringy but this full look.

See how far I can push my physique in a growth/progressive phase without compromising my health.

Two hard extremes, but either way we will find the line.

See abs.

No more injuries. I keep getting these weird injuries popping up out of nowhere. Nothing specific happens to cause the injuries. I just wake up with them. I have a strained adductor which has been bothering me for about 4 months and just a couple of days ago I wake up to pain in my elbow that has progressively gotten worse since I noticed it. I can't even straighten my arm without severe pain. Please, no more injuries.

Bodybuilding - Was going to stop the diet, then looked at the Pic you took thread, and buckling down until I am leaner. Likely end of September. Then a mild cycle with small incremental increases in caloric intake to not put gobs of lard on again.

Personal life:
- No more dating apps and making my life. Yes, it can be 'fun' but I've been a dirty dog since splitting with my girlfriend in March
- If my company does not have a successful series C, I have to cut bait as it is getting fucking risky and find a new gig
- Get back to putting in focus on my guitar's. They are lonely bitches and need a good fingering everyday ;)

Gain back my muscle mass that I use to have. Keep my health markers in check. Keep dosages low and just focus on my nutrition and training. Heal up my nagging shoulder. Lastly, not to get too caught up in the game and just enjoy the process.

Do my first show. When I switched from powerlifting to bodybuilding a little over 2 years ago, it was always on my mind to do my first show by the time I was 40, which will be at the end of 2025.

Lofty goal being that I was a fat 300 pounds with no muscle because I was good at lifting weights through technique and leverages and never built an appreciable amount of muscle.

Well, with the help from this board and the people on it, that goal is now a reality. I just finished up my last fat loss phase with the guidance from someone on this board who I've learned more from in the past couple months than I have since starting this journey. Im over 100lbs down from my fattest and pretty damn lean.

Although I'm a tall and lanky at 6'3 and 185lbs now, I'm lean enough to do my first rebound and proper growth phase going into next year, put on some muscle, and do a show this time next year before I turn 40. I'll post some updated pictures in the pic thread later.

I know I'll miss tagging someone, but thank you to those who played a role in my journey and ive learned something from, even if you had no idea lol

Right on, dude. Have you watched Charly Joung's progression, as well? He was a really good powerlifter, switched to bodybuilding a few years ago, and just won his pro card at Masters' Nationals. I think he's around our age, 37 or 38.

He's definitely one of my top inspirations man. Charly and I actually worked with the same powerlifting coach back in 2006 I think when we were both like 20 years old or so without an ounce of muscle on us. It was John Pinder back from the ironaddicts board. It's crazy to watch look back at how much he has changed and how hard he has been putting in the work for 20 years now.

-Cruise and get my bloodwork right
-increase running/cardio to be more well rounded (heart is the most important muscle in the body)
-Trim down some BF% then blow up during winter bulk
-work/career gains

I want to hit 290lbs. It won't be pretty, likely 16-20% bodyfat but I seem to gain better when I embrace some chonk. As long as the scale keeps moving and my blood sugar is below 99, I will push on. Waiting on my bloodwork results before I full throttle.

Great thread idea Tom, simple and inclusive.

To live another year.

Focus on health, drop 15 to 20 pounds before the end of the year and hopefully set myself up to get back on the strength train in early 2025.

Outside of gym, more vacation traveling and beefing up my investment gainzz.
