LoL! You should be a bloody Chef Tenny. Brisk walk why dont you buy some cookbooks or look through the recipe forum and google.com for bodybuilding recipes and go from there. It's not that hard to used your imagination and substitute some butter shit to something else.

I like to add a can of fat-free, low sodium chicken or beef broth to the water that I use to cook my rice. Add in a few spices to your liking and you have some tasty rice with no added fat.
If you like the taste of sour cream, you can use non-fat greek yogurt. A cup has 20 grams of protein and 9 grams of sugar. I don't like it myself, but it is pretty good with a scoop of choc. protein powder mix in!!
