im actually pretty proud of this as i used to spend a fortune. right now my total bill, food, drugs, gym is $200.
im just getting back into things after about 3 years off and will have to spend more as i grow.

Haven't done the math but am guessing under $100 a week if I dont eat out. Been living on Natural Peanut Butter, flavored instant oats, whey protein, some lean ground, rice and lots of apples. Gone are the days of 4-5 lbs of flank steak, chicken or fish a day. Funny thing is I eat half as much, train half as much and dont look much different. Weird.
