Feed Cats - 16 Ounces Water + Electrolytes - Take Morning HGH - Morning Pills - Make Day's "To Do List"
30 Min Email
6:45-7:00 Airrofit - Breath Work (CO2 Holds)
7:00-7:30 Rosetta Stone
7:30 - Brew Coffee - 1 Cup Oats + Scoop of Protein - Prep Items - Theragun/Mobile RPW
8:00 Out The Door



8:30PM Last Meal - 20 IU IGF-1 - Nightly Pills
9:00PM In Bed + 10mg Melatonin + Chamomile Tea
9:00-10:00 Watch Movie w/ Wife - Nightly Activities if I was a good boy that day

Anyone have a well defined nightly routine? Looking to build mine out to maximize deep sleep. I fall asleep nearly instantaneously at 9:55-10:15PM

No real suggestions on a routine but how is Rosetta Stone working for you?
 
No real suggestions on a routine but how is Rosetta Stone working for you?
Its a love hate relationship - I was fluent several years ago at Spanish and conversational with Russian. I like to stay on top of both but have had huge degradations in my ability to perceive and formulate sentences with both.

Rosetta is great and making sure you can pick apart sentences and figure out what people are saying, but the construction of viable sentences absolutely not. Been playing around on Youtube with "butterfly spanish" but its' very elementary. Another notation - Rosetta is very "academic" spanish. If you go to Mex city and start talking in Rosetta and sound half way fluent, they will think you have had a stroke or something. Sentence structure is choppy and inneficient. For a place to start absolutely, to progress to.. Hell no.
 
Here's my general routine:

4 AM wakeup.
4-4:30 shit, HGH, daily TRT, injectable L-carnitine
5 AM workout
8 AM home, maybe some cardio while watching Netflix and catching up on emails

I eat shortly after, it's a large meal - typically a couple lbs of meat, some fruit, kombucha

Sometime mid afternoon 2nd HGH dose

I usually eat some sort of protein + carbs mid afternoon

6 PM start making dinner
7 PM protein ice cream for dessert
8 PM 60 mg edible THC, zinc, magnesium
8:30/9 sleep
 
Wake up
Hgh
Cardio 30 minutes
Breakfast protein and carbs
Mail - todo list
Training time
Working
Last meal with 6mg melatonin
Trt injection

Have you ever tried Babbel?
 
MORNING:
-Natural mind/soul and body wakeup to join my spirit man
-Thank God for life and his countless blessings
-Pray
-Drink water(usually 8-16oz)
-Restroom
-Protein shake(with carbs sometimes depending on how my body feels)
-Read the Bible(as short as 1minute and as long as 2 hours)
-check emails
-get ready for workout(another meal and shower)

Pre-bed:
-Read PM
-watch Youtube(sports highlights, workout vids, etc.
-last meal
 
Morning:
8:40 wake up
8:45 sign into work
8:50 cook 4 eggs. Toast pita bread and coat with hummus. eat.
8:55 take my 15 vitamins/supplements.
9:00 check to see if I have any incoming work otherwise I take a nap while waiting for something to come up.

To anyone looking for a new career, check out IT. Not saying I am a slacker but often times I can chill when there's nothing going on, some days I can sleep and extra few hours in the morning just waiting for work to come in. Working from home makes life much, much easier. Lower stress, more time to rest, more gains.

Pre-bed:
-brush teeth/wash face (shower is every afternoon after gym sesh) feeling clean is a must for me, change my sheets twice a week usually.
-50mg trazodone
-drink large amount of water
-pray
-watch/listen to youtube, love listening to the 4chan green text creepypastas as I fall asleep. If you are interested check out "chass" on youtube, same with "midnight broadcast".
