Wow. I was never implying anything at all. If you are to refer to the title of the thread - your "MUST HAVE" supplements - you can easily see why I thought either you were making a joke or being a wise ass. Certainly things like eating and drinking water are not supplements at all but necessities to life - hence my comment about air and sleep.

If you're trying to say that a person doesn't need supplements, that's fine too. However, I think the spirit of the thread is to state the supplements that you have taken in addition to eating, sleeping, water, and breathing.

My list would be:

Multivitamin - shotgun approach to vitamin/mineral deficiencies
Creatine - volumizes cells
Bromelain - helps me with digestion and decreases joint pain, anti-inflammatory
Fish Oil - good for lipids and blood pressure/flow, anti-inflammatory
 
1. Best quality whey and or LBA,s. (I am on 9th box)

2. Fish oil, still cant decide on dose, usually 4-12 capsules daily

3. BCAA powder with added L-Leucine, this makes recovery better when dieting, probably not as crucial when affseason.

4. W.M.S. offseason. I use keto to diet so not necessary.

5. Good multi and a joint formula. (glucosamine etc.)

I am about to give melatonin a try.

Casein protein powder - strictly for my before bed shake
Glutamine
multi vitamin and mineral
muscle milk ready made shakes - convenient when on the run.
IDS whey protein in the tube - convenient when on the run as well.
