What ways do you prefer to do your cardio for fat loss?
Some say running because you burn more cals.
some say keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone so you don't lose muscle
Some like HIIT.
Some say first thing on a empty stomach and others only do it after weight training because there glycogen stores are depleted.
I just want to see what others are doing.
