your preferred cardio routine?

I have grinding knees! Best for me is stair master. Bike is horrible on me. You can feel them grind every revolution

What I usually do?

20 min low intensity on the treadmill

Sometimes 10min HIIT to mix it up
 
HIIT 2 min. walk, 1 min sprint on elliptical.. generally I don't have motivation while doing cardio so the 2:1 keeps me on my feet
 
Cardio? is that Spanish?


But really, like some others have said, stair master/step mill...and after my workout

I am an ecto and HIIT seems to eat into my recovery too much. Liss is fine though. Anyone else experience the same? Ecto?
 
Nothing beats running barefoot on the soft sand of the beach. Very low impact and destroys bodyfat like nothing else.

You are right! Running on the soft sand is the best cardio from all. I feel it more like relaxation then like cardio training )

I've forgot about bikes!!! I try to ride bike every days, almost half an hour in period of overworking, and till 3-4 hours in free time period.

P.S. could somebody say whether it is possible to change your post if the further answers have already been givenn?
