Your recipe for the best pump

For me, I try to get in some Cialis, plenty of water and a tsp of sodium pre workout. Normally does the trick. What’s your guys go to for a nasty pump?

Even on just TRT test the pumps are debilitating

I have honestly never compared the two
Glycerin is so cheap I've always just used that.
Once I get back in the gym and training properly I'll try the monostearate and see how it compares

You're right I forgot what baking soda is like. Not much I think u can do about it. I didn't see a huge difference w the baking soda so because of what it does to taste I doubt I'll be using it again

In that same vain, failure to get a consistent good pump in my opinion,
for me, usually means I am overtraining.

Yes. Cialis or Viagra are great. I prefer a tiny dose of viagra on the way to the gym when I want a really good pump. It will pump up whatever area you draw blood too. It's funny when you mention cialis or viagra and people laugh and relate it only to sex or blood flow to the penis.

Lol. Sucks. Its hard to eat alot of grub without taking a break. Kind of like in between sets.
