Your thoughts for the future of chemical enhancement

What's your favorite antioxidant?

i have none. lol
i feel the subject of antioxidents is very misunderstood.

right now im doing a new experiment. investigating nicotinamide mononucliatide.
if you look at the info on it and what it might be able to do there could be amazing potential. the thing is getting it to work.

eating most things doesnt work.
iv drips provide huge doses in short times that i feel the body gets rid of by and large. so they dont have the effects that could be possible.

you have to find ways of getting constant levels into you or by targeting certain windows or conditions.

the studies out there are next to useless. they also are not done on trained crazy people. you need to be able to handle lots of injections and lots of strange side effects and do things to push your limits regularly and diet is important.

back in the day the res curc combo when injected often enough and in doses sufficient enough blew away any aas combo i tried for real endurance and performance, it also kept you from getting sick and seemed to address a lot of health stuff. even in really sick people.

i injected mn sod for about a decade.
right now the only places on the planet that i can find this are the like of sigma aldrich and those sort of chem companies who sell to legit research institues. the price makes it not usable, talking more then a g per gram. i am told that not one chinese chem company is making this or has in year only cu sod is being made in china and that being sold as mn is actually not.

mn sod is not something you feel but i encourage everyone to look at and understand what it does in your body. vitally important.

mn sod is on my list of must have fantasy items. i also find it interesting that it disapeared form planet earth just before a major sickness epidemic.

glutathione aganets i feel are extremely important. inject is my favorite. since animals passing i have not found a viable form. just using nac at 4-5 g ed which i do not feel is the same.

again please look at metabolic funtion to understand why these systems are vital. more so when you want to increase performance.

also if you have mental issues. antiox should be the first area you loot to for help. i think most of our major disease states come from years of improper waste managment on a celular level.

there are a lot of different ways to approach this and the more you look the more you find.

we always want to take things to make us better, faster, stronger but unless you can amp up your bodies ways of taking out the trash and basically breathing on a celular level you are adding fuel to a fire without adding addition exhaust capabitlity. at some point you will suffocate.

basic minerals are essential.
cannabis is also a stong antiox especially when used in conjention with others. here again 98% of people will never stuick with a dose and time frame to understand that aspect.

blood oxigination too. look at various aspects of ascemia. as this goes into diet and brain function.

there were interesting studies done on navey seals in regaurds to ascemia, breathing at depth and diet.

when talking about what next in performance this is the base of everything that people seem to basically ignore and neglect, or think that some zinc and green tea are what are meant by antioxidents.

its actually a very big picture thing.
tied to ageing, insulin sensitivity and useful performance through ones life span.
