Your Thoughts on Different Protocals for Running Clenbuterol.

I know you all have heard the different thoughts on running Clenbuterol but i was wondering what some of you think to be the most effective.
Here is some of the different protocals that seem to be the most talked about:
Cycling the Clenbuterol with the 2 week on 2 week off idea (or 3 weeks on 3 weeks off)
Cycling with an ECA stack or T3 on the off weeks.
Staying on Clenbuterol with no off time by using 50mg of Benadryl a night every 3rd week while on

What do you guys think on the different protocals? Even ones that i didn't mention. Might be a cool conversation...

With ketotifen you can stay on almost indefinitely if youre so inclined. So no need for any BS protocols.
 
good info... i don't know if palumbo has them on ketotifen, but i have thought about it as well. he keeps them on for weeks at a time and i have never heard him say anything about it . . . ?

I follow this protocol while off AAS.

While on AAS i add a low T3 dose (12,5-25 mcgs) for bulking cycles (whole cycle), for cutting cycles i ramp to 100 mcgs T3 and down for a 8 total weeks (end weeks of cycle).

Ketotifen works wonders at 3-4 mgs at bedtime every third week, i can feel the clen sides again after the ketotifen week no matter how much weeks i had been on clen.

I've used longer spells on clen like 2 weeks on, 2 off or even 3 and 3, with so-so results.

When I switched to 3 days on, 3 days off I found I could keep my doses lower and my results were better. Worked for me, anyway. IronMike

I don't know what kind of nut jobs can sleep after taking a stimulant immediately for bed, but for 99% of us, I'm gonna have to advise against it. :D

i go right to sleep, as im sure no some get extremely lethargic from clen. not me. sure im a little heated while i sleep and have some crazy dreams, but i pop right up in the morning with no other sides people experience from clen. not to mention it wasnt my bright idea. :)
 
Benadyl works surprisingly well , I don't have any long term experience , just one week of testing ,benadryl at night , clen in the morning works awesome ,I don't know about long term though.I would be inclined to take every 4th week off completely at least.
 
i just run it 12 weeks. then add ephedrine,t3 and gh.
even inj l carnatine.
they all work different ways and can be used in the same day: and you will be thermogenic all day and night long.
ex:

wake up:
2 iu gh
20-40 mcg clen
2 cc inj l carn
cardio

meal 1
20-40 mcg clen

meal 2


pre workout
25 mg ephedrine

post workout
2 iu gh
pwo meal 20 min later

25mcg 4 pm
meal4

meal 5


meal 6


meal 7


bed
this is a lot and has to be built up to but can be done and i was not uncomfortable and im pretty sensitice to stimulants, but when you get to this point you should be freakin lean.
now im not giving advice, just what CAN be done over 12 weeks of ramping up.
what does the benydryl do? it refreshes the receptors or just help you sleep?

What dosages were you running?



From memory something like 100-120mcg a day, spread evenly. I've been much higher but with the 3 days on, 3 off routine I was getting good results at low doses. IronMike
