Nothing wrong with fruits around workout times and breakfast (times your most active). Fruit do contain fructose, but the majority of sugars in fruit is glucose. You can google for a chart of different fruits which will break down kind of sugars they contain percentage wise.
I eat loads of bananas, probably a good 8 a day even when cutting, I swear it's impossible to gain fat with fruit, not had a cold or a cramp in years either, not even test flu
