Hi,

What are Your the best and fave Split Routines while off-season or when you're cutting? I don't mean about exercises etc. Only about how many days a week you train, how you are split Your body and something like.

I go to bulk now before holiday's cutting and i want to try something like that:

Mon. Legs
Tue. Chest
Wed. Back
Thu. OFF
Fri. Arms
Sat. Shoulders
Sun. Repeat

Only one day OFF in week.

How about Your's routine?
 
sun-chest tric mon- legs tue- back bic wed same as sun thur same as mon fri same as tue sat off
 
I have several " favorite " splits I like to use at different times. I love the old school upper/lower body split, 3 or 4 days a week. I've always had good results from push/pull/legs type splits too. For higher volume training I like Monday: chest and bi's, Tuesday: legs, Thursday: shoulders and tri's and Friday: back. For the last two months I've been DC training for the first time and would have to say the DC two way is my absolute favorite split, each time I go to the gym I'm fully rested and excited to beat the last workout.
 
I think about something like that:

1st:

Legs
Chest
Back
Shoulders
Arms

or

2nd:

Chest + Bic
Back
Shoulders + Tric
Legs

OFF/REST Days when i will be feel i need it. Sometimes 0, sometimess 1, sometimes 2 days OFF in week. I have open my gym from Mn - Sun, 24/7 so it's not problem with it :)
 
Mon: Full body
Tues: Cardio
Wed: Full body
Thurs: Cardio
Fri: Full body


Not much of a split, I know
