Zyn pre-workout

My concern with nicotine is how addictive it is. Is it effective at everything you mentioned? yes.

My gf casually vaped. I tried it here and there. No big deal. Now I find myself reaching for them more and more.

There was a huge thread on 7-0h and how addictive it is. I can literally start and stop 7-0h use no problem. These vapes...not the case. Nicotine is one hell of a drug. Not telling anyone not to use it but tread cautiously.
I smoked for 13 years. In November, I will be 11 years nicotine free. I always say nicotine free instead of smoke free because of how many ways you can consume it. I quit the drug itself and there's no way I would put myself through that shit again.

I know nicotine has been used during diets to curb hunger but I saw Big Jon Heck the Troponin athlete talking about Zyn along with his pre-workout for the nootropic benefit. Mentioned it to a friend at the gym and he actually had a pouch in then. I decided to give it a try. I can only do 2mg. 4mg gets me a little too buzzed. But I get a more subtle wake up/energy and some focus. Nothing like adderall or anything crazy but on top of the Troponin ATP (which I really like) I really like it. Admittedly might be a little placebo. Sidenote, also used them during some long drives to the beach recently when we left at 4am and I didnt want to drink a ton of coffee and have to pullover to pee every 5min.

Just curious if anyone else has tried it or giving it a recommendation if you want to.
I’ve been using the Zone 6mg because they’re significantly cheaper and they have a little longer flavor and sting to them, but I used to use Zyns for a long time. Definitely get the energy boost and focus with it in the gym and at work! Plus they’re much “healthier” than the Copenhagen I used to use!

from my understanding synthetic nicotine is not the same as the nicotine in cigarettes or anything, its alot safer and not addictive. also when it comes to being a vasoconstrictor, well it might be, but if you are on gear and worried about that then I think theres something else wrong haha, your stem pre workout will give more constriction that a nicotine pouch in my opinion. ive used one every day for a long time now and ive never not had a pump in the gym and I dont use any pre workouts at all.

I dropped nicotine specifically for BB because it was a clear detriment to my cardiovascular health, and combined with gear felt super unhealthy. I feel much better and get fewer sides from AAS since.

It makes your cardio worse and increases BP and HR.

Basically the only "pro" is appetite suppression.

Caffeine is 10x better as a supplement all around, imho.

The kitchen sink pre-workout protocol includes Zyn with my pre workout. Just the basics..

I have too much experience with nicotine.

Regardless if you think you dont have an addictive personality or the workout boost is worth it, i can assure you that little boost you get from using it quickly and for sure eventually becomes just you feeling weird and shitty when you dont have it. Good workouts for a short time arent worth potentially becoming a slave to a drug imo. But to each their own

I havent ever smoked cigarettes or dipped but I use Rogue pouches but I havent heard of synthetic nicotine being addictive. now the nicotine in cigarettes and other stuff is definitely addictive but wasn't aware that synthetic nicotine is.

You seem to be confused.

Nicotine is nicotine. Synthetic nicotine is chemically identical to tobacco-derived nicotine (same molecular structure).

I was under the impression that they respond differently in the body and specifically in the brain when used, that not true?

Nicotine is nicotine.

But if you keep it to < 4 mg/day it’s possible to use it without developing a dependence. So that one pouch pwo isn’t going to mess you up. It’s when you start using it more. So be disciplined and aware.

Currently giving up vaping and it seems 30x harder than ciggarettes.

guess I missed that info, cause I never smoked cigarettes or dipped but now I use pouches and never have felt dependent on them.

I stopped a week or so before my show and just started using them again 2 days ago, I only use 2 per day with coffee and if you guys think it's addictive then ??? I could put these down today and Never use one again, I find absolutely ZERO dependence or want for them?
A Harvard study found nicotine to NOT BE ADDICTIVE.

What made you start using them again?
