So I grew up in Hawaii and there is truly nothing like having a fish for dinner which was still swimming in the ocean that morning. Having said that I have long retained the love of fish and like most guys in here I lost count of how much tuna I ate after the 1000th can.
Not to sound like a plug but Costco sells Wild Pacific Mahi frozen and each filet is individually vacuum sealed. I usually just brush on some EVOO and a little Hawaiian Sea Salt and pepper and grill it. Then squeeze on lemon juice after they're grilled.
Speaking from experience this fish is as close to fresh as I've ever tasted.
If you are getting tried of chicken and who isn't this white fish is very light on the palette and a nice break
