hopefully this is the right section of the fourm..but looking for diet help!
did a few cycles but nly for strenght..all i cared about well now i am ready for that beach body but not the best when it come to diet..i can follow a diet just not good at putting one togther
21 y/o 5'9 170lbs 18ish bf
done 12 weeks of test cyp at 600mgs every week
6 weeks of test cyp and tren ace 200mgs/50mgs EOD(and i blast and cruise,been on for a few months now)thats mostly what i do is test and tren
i have test,tren ace,eq,dbol on hand already..but i need to focus on diet..i train 5 days a week,mon-fri..one muscle a day..20mins of cardio EOD
any advice good or bad is welcomed
