Lets talk spices

everytime I look at mix blend spices from club house the ingredients say high oleic oil, and sugar or dextrose... I have not used these because of this is there any spice mixes that dont contain these fillers and/ or do they really make a difference

Why don't you make your own mixes? You can control what goes in them and it will be cheaper. Just buy quality spices from a spice shop and put together stuff you like.

:yeahthat: I make a few different spice mixes of my own my favorite one is my Cajun spice mix which is

1 cup salt
1/2 cup cayenne pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 black pepper
1/4 cup white pepper
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup garlic powder

one note i like mine very spicy if you not so much would recommend less cayenne

Most Indian Markets have very high quality spices for sale in bulk and cheap. They are great for building blends.
