Essential Ammino Acids & BCAAs - ? Good Source

I am a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (I like to know more than I admit).

This months NSCA Journal has a very favorable review of the above mentioned products in my thread.

Honestly I never believed in vitamins and such, at least not enough to pay for them. (Glutamine gets a weak review in the same article)

Where do you guys buy this stuff as I have close to zero faith in the Vitamin/Supplement industry and their interest in self - policing. Same with so called "Organic" claims. Nobody holds them accountable.

OK, I managed to rant. Sorry. I am manic with the joy that school starts tomorrow and my little angels are getting the F out of the house. Party at TC's.

Where should I buy my Amino Acids and BCAA and if you are feeling generous with your time, what is the absolute most simple dosing regimen. I am very lazy when it come to compliance.

I buy BCAAs (Leucine 4-1-1) from TrueNutrition. I would take 10grams in the morning and 30grams during my workout.

Brands I have sold/used...Scivation Extend, BPI Blox, USPLabs BCAA's those are my top 3.
I have used others but those are my favorites.

I like SciVation Xtend, but TN has a 'similar blend':

True Nutrition | BCAA Plus (90 servings)

I can vouch for the Fruit Punch (it's delicious), but I haven't tried the other flavors.

I too like Scivation Extends watermelon. Taste is incredible! Truenutritions are good as well along with 12g of protein per serving. I sip them all day long everyday and intraworkout. I don't think you could go wrong with either of them.
