My favorite organic raw shake

[Oblix]

400ml organic raw milk,
2 raw organic eggs,
30g raw - active manuka honey,
30g fonterra whey protein isolate,
5ml organic vanilla essence,
1 organic banana,
And few ice cubes.
blend and enjoy.
About 50g protein, 80g carbs and 30g fats.

Keeps me full for about 2 hours, perfect.
Tastes awesome.

I bet that is good. I do a similar shake with 2 cups raw milk, 2 scoops chocolate whey protein, organic banana, 2tbsp natural peanut butter. Also delicious.

Here is my "mostly" organic shake

1 cup Kiefer yogurt
1 cup Papaya juice
2 whole cage free fertile eggs
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen blue berries
1 tsp cinnamon
3-4 tbls Vanilla LBAs from True Nutrition *I don't believe they are organic
