A buddy gave me some t3 and clen but have no experience with either. Can someone give me some advice. Also was planning on adding a eca stack also good idea or bad?. Trying to lose some weight but do to busy lifestyle haven't been able to diet much.

There is no reason why you need all three. Get your Diet in order. Don't tell me you are to busy. I own 2 businesses and still make time to eat properly. That is just an excuse and you are looking for something to substitute that.

I have to agree with the others bro. You Need your diet in check. The key to dieting with a busy life is meal prep. Take a few hours one day and make your food. You can even put your meals in Tupperware so all you have to do is grab meals and go.

I would use clen/t3 or eca not both like what has been mentioned also. You don't need both.
 
You can achieve great results if manage your diet, do cardio and training. There is no need in using clen or t3.
