Toes Pointed Out Leg Ext

Dumbell One Leg Standing Calf Raises
Donkey Calf raises


Compound movement 3 sets after warm up, first set 4-6 reps second set 10-12 third set 15-20. Second movement 1 set iso 8-12 reps then drop set - 10% for max reps.

This can be used M-T-T-F or EOD.

depending if u choose eod or m-t-t-f schedule...it would go like this

EOD--upper a, off, lower a, off, upper b, off, lower b, off, repeat

M-T-T-F---upper a, lower a, off, upper b, lower b, off, off

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but this is the way I've been doing it

I have been doing DC on and off for 5=6 years now..bar non it is the best I have tried ...got my strongest ever by using up to 500 grams of protein a day ( DC is about eating too)
But the other routine also looks good...
