You can back off 20% of your max weight. Set up 3 full body workout 3x a week. Build back up by adding weight each workout until you are back to your failure weight. Then restart your UHT by adding 10% to your weight you left off with last cycle and work up to 8 for compound and 15 for iso and then micro load to keep the cycle going.
