I have to disagree with hgh. Strength gains do not shoot up like crazy and you won't put on a shit ton of mass either unless you high dose it with slin. It's a good basic chart for the newbs though.

That last column is the most important. Ability to keep gains is the most frustrating part of taking these drugs, busting your butt in the gym and then losing it back. Anadrol is a complete waste of time.

I'd change EQ to 1 or 2 in the size gain department. 5.5 is total crap.

Nitpicking here more than anything, but I've heard anecdotal accounts of how winny flushes out a lot of water, thereby giving you that "shredded" look.

If that is true (And I'm not saying that's the only benefit of it, of course) wouldn't that merit a rating lower than a 9, since that effect would diminish upon cessation of administration?
