Hey guys, gonna kick off my growth phase with some love from Monster. Ill be posting my training, nutrition, goals and everything in general honestly. I notebook log my training so this is just a public view. If you guys have any questions about the supps, training, nutrition, shoot away.

All products wil be from Monster -- I'll be giving my 100% honest review. Some products I paid for others I was given to log. If I don't like or feel something is off ill voice my opinion. I have used Monster products in the past with great success, but ill be giving an unbiased opinion on everything.

Products: T/A doesn't get better. Packaged 10/10. Their reps respond asap. Couldn't recommend them anymore pretty much.

TE300 - 200mg eod
Superdrol - 20/30mg ed
Npp/Mast E Blend - 100mg eod
t4 - 100mcg ed
EQ600 - 300mg eod

Sunday - Off day. Packing the house/Game of Thrones day. On off days I do morning fasted cardio then cardio/mobility. I go no carbs until the last meal of the night / pre game of thrones. Usually my Sunday ritual is a blazed pizza, basically chipotle but for pizza. If you guys have one near you hit it up. I get an ass load of grilled chicken, turkey, grilled ham, ect. Veggies high. Get home and add some more grass fed 96% beef on top. If it was a good week I might have some froyo.

Diet is 95% clean pretty much always. Only time I sway from my strict diet is due to my fiancé. She lives the lifestyle and competes, but also wants to me human lol.

Big Quad/mod ham day tomorrow. If anyone is ever in the DFW area, hit up Extreme Iron Pro and Destination Dallas. Kickass gyms with the best equip and environments.

Don't wanna string out the first post too much. Ill post some photos tomorrow and my goals of this run.

Have you ever ran superdrol before? I have only run 1 sponsors before. It seemed legit but always looking to get feedback on other superdrols to compare.

I ran VRS/LK3's which did shit for me. From the rest results on Anasci of his other products there's no doubt it was fake. Monster's Sdrol is the real deal. Instant blood pressure headaches, almost too painful of pumps. Can't take Humalog or Cialis with it.

Yes sir! I'm literally moving right now to Dallas and getting ready to for school to start (student teaching) so lesson planning and doing little bullshit. I will have beginning photos up this weekend. Lighting is shit in my place and I wake up at 430am so no real sunlight.

Legs - Quad emphasis/Hamstring finish

p= plates per side // i.e 3p = 6plates total

Training at legit gyms in Dallas is like being in heaven.

Leg Extensions - multiple warm up sets/walking lunges - just warming up. Stupid pump just from this. Thanks Sdrol :cool:
Squats - multiple warm ups -
Working sets - 365x8/395x6 (3sets) -- up weight next training session
Vertical Leg Press - 3px20/4px20/5pxfailure think I got around 25. I lost count honestly. Still determing my starting point/working sets since this is a new exercise ill be adding.

Hack Squat - 1 feeder set -
Working sets - 3px10/4px10/5pxfailure - 17ish? Again, new hack squat. Same info as above. If you have knee pain using a hack find Atlantis or Arsenal Strength Equip. PERFECTION!
Bear squat - Mimics a front squat - quad destroyer - 1 feeder set
Working sets - 3px10/4px10/4px failure - 15 - was gassed. Running out of energy from all the pressing.

Individual Ham curl - 3 sets - failure each set increasing weight. Superset with extreme stretch lunges 1 way length of gym.

Solid training session. Everything felt awesome. Finding my starting points with these weights and exercises. Really looking forward to the new environment with ppl who body build and not bullshit and text and sit on equipment.

Products - injects are butter. Monster what carrier is used? Legit painless even 600mg EQ. Wanted to test the waters and did a full CC. Zero pain. A+!!

Sdrol is 100% legit. This workout was on 75g carbs and a bit under hydrated which never happens with me. Pump, strength all through the roof. Ill have a labmax test from my buddy as soon as he returns from vacation.

Ill go over my goals and post photos this week guys. Shoot away if anyone has any questions.

If you've never used a vertical leg press you're really missing out. Normally I prefer this on a hamstring emphasis day, but it's been 6+ weeks since I've done it and couldn't resist. Feels great knowing ill be able to hit this every week now that I'm moving! :headbang:

Our standard line carrier oil is gso, very smooth gear for sure. Our gold line products are mct.
 
Nutrition - I normally keep carbs centered around training. If using Humalog I definitely keep it this way, but I need to grow so I'm adding 1 carb meal before training. Nothing crazy, either 1c jasmine or 60g oats.

If its an off day, I go carbless. Usually 15g fat for my 6 meals. 50-60g protein per meal. Still 30-50min liss cardio on off days with mobility/stretching.

Chest

Decline HS - 2 warm up sets - 4 working sets - Min 8 reps. If I cant perform 8 clean reps I lower the weight. I like doing this movement instead of flys as a warm up/pre fatigue over flys. Puts enough blood into the muscle for a solid pump and warms up elbows/joints.

Incline smith - 1 feeder set 185x6
4 Working sets - 225x8/265x8/275x8x2 - normally wouldn't count the 225 as a working set, but I was training at extreme and wanted to try other machines :D
Arsenal Incline Press - 1 feeder // 3 working sets These machines are the shit. If you're unfamiliar with them youtube Arsenal Strength Equipment - 10/10

Pec Deck Flys - Ended up repping the stack for 15-20. Normally I HATE pec decks, but this one is unlike any other. Perfect connection. I tuck my chin into my chest and damn near choke myself with my chest.
Dips - 4x failure - ded :headbang:

I'm going to be getting on a set nutrition plan. My only issue is ive been dieting year round and some what burnt out on SUPER strict dieting. I'm talking weighing food perfectly, not 61 or 62g of oats. 60g everytime.

Ill be adding 1-2 sushi or burger refeeds on back, legs, or chest days. I love structure, I like knowing what I'm eating at what times, just makes life easier for me. Pretty sure I'm just use to it from being in the Marines.

Everything has been awesome. Get the keys to the new place tomorrow. ill update with photos sat or sun. I'm a few workouts behind, which I'm doing on purpose so I can always have an update.

Sdrol fatigue is real. BP headaches are pretty intense. I drink minimum 1 gallon a day always. Usually 1.5-2gallons a day.
 
Photos are all on my fiances phone apparently. This is current. Definitely softer :p

I'm a big fan of the SD also, huge pumps and I get harder and fill out better. Do you notice your appetite start to fall with these? Curious as it effects different people...

While two of the test showed those products were underdosed, all of his products were legit and the tbol was overdosed. Your statement regarding his products is factually incorrect and I have had nothing but great results from,LK's products. Just saying...

Hey Getnbigger, maybe I got a bad batch. Was yours suspended in a sugar liquid? Mine was, his halo was the same and honestly didn't get anything from it. Still have a bottle of it actually. I highly respect your opinion, so maybe mine was different. Side note, I used to follow your name on sponsors sections and ordered from who you said was gtg. First time was from Russians Red/white tops :)

Thanks bro. I appreciate the props and I always try to be honest with my reviews of sponsors products. The Russian red tops were awesome. My LK product was not suspended in any type of sugar liquid. It was in peg and veg. Glycerol and it was kick ass. All of his other liquid oral that I have were similarly suspended in the same peg and glycerol. Sorry it didn't work out for you. I'm using his tbol now and it is also kick sss

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates. As soon as the internet tech left yesterday my net went out. New tech's were suppose to arrive between 9-10am. Got here at 4pm. Been a shit show all day.

On the plus side. Workouts are fckin stupid. Strength is through the roof. I'm up 16 lbs. Obviously lots of it is water, but intracellular as I'm constantly full. I was going to add MA's mk677, but i dont think I could handle all of that at one time.The sdrol definitely takes a toll on the body. Lethargy is there for sure. Next run ill prolly add GW and see if that combats any of the lethargy. Ill prolly do a test run with it with DNP after this.

I've recorded a few of my top sets from each workout. Everything has been firing on all cylinders. Joints are getting pretty achy.

Decided to add a little Humalog on back day with the sdrol. Only 6iu with 30g carbs intra. 70g pre workout with prolly 300g post in sushi. Pumps were pretty insane. Again the good with the bad I can tell the sdrol is definitely taking a hit on my body.

Will post workouts tomorrow and hopefully some clips if its as easy as pics.

Again, gotta give a shout out to Monster. The products are as advertised and on point, hopefully yall have some products coming up in the boards testing so others can see what I'm experiencing.

Great log so far! Glad to see you're making progress, and especially after a move!

I move around a lot for work so I can more than relate to how difficult it can be sometimes to get life on track and training squared away in a new place.
