Added 20 min cardio in 5 days a week to get more hunger and reduce bloat
I need your guys help for a new arm routine. Sound painfully cliche but if you look at the pics I'm not some 16 yr old looking for 3
Inches more on my biceps lol. It and my chest are legitimate weak body parts.
I am learning more with my chest with higher frequency and angles from bulesmo's thread but arms I'm stumped.
I have decent tris but I'm thinking more volume for overall arm development? I typically do not train them a whole lot maybe 8 sets for each since my body usually responds well to that but I'm willing to try anything.
Just some info I have tendinitis in right elbow so alot of preach movements will have to be short in range and I feel that my forearms and front delts are the first muscles to compensate when struggling in Any bicep movement.
any help from you boys is always greatly appreciated, also Bboy has an excellent q&a right now and i highly recommend going to take a look, TONS of good info from the Big Hitters on this and many other sites.
