Topical test ratio to injectible

Hi, I have been on HRT for some time now. Im 25 i have been on and off HRT since 20 but now i am on it full time. Testosterone levels were down and didn't come back up. P.S. have seen many doctors and there is no known cause. I also never ran a cycle of PH's till 22. TO THE POINT! I am on a regiment of 1050mg topical cream per week or 150mg per day. What would the milligrams be in injectible test E assuming 2 injections per week?

I would like to change to injectible for a period of time due to the fact that i have to rub stupid cream on twice a day. Also there is also a period or time that requires me now to swim or get wet witch is crap during summer.

It depends on where you get the test E. Some are 250mg/ml and others are 200mg/ml. for the 250mg you would split 4.20cc a week, and 5.25cc for the 200mg. i would just run even cc a week and call it close enough but im not sure if you are actually getting 150mg a day with the topical cream. Some of those creams have different absorption rates and you usually dont absorb all you rub on.

like i said, you want 1050 per week it would be 4.20cc of the 250mg or 5.25cc of the 200mg a week. they both equal 1050mg/week

This discussion has gotten mixed up.

You are (probably) absorbing 5-15% of the topical. Testim is the best topical and absorption averages 10%. Yours is probably from a compounding pharmacy w/o pentadecalactone to increase absorption; so I'd guess 7% absorption.

7% x 150mg / day = 10.5mg per day or roughly 75mg a week.

This corresponds to about 100mg of test cyp per week. With the ester, 100mg of test cyp yields something like 70mg of test.

test cyp usually comes at a concentration of 200mg per ml. So take 1/2 ml once week, or 1/4 twice a week.

Of course, I'm guessing at your absorption rate. Blood tests should be your guide.

Good post Brutale. Like i said in my first post i didn't think he was absorbing all he rubbed on, but i didn't know the absorption rate was that low.

Say i had Test E and injected twice a week. What would be the total mg injection that week. However i would split it into 2 doses that week Correct?

So say im running test E. I should be running about 100mg-150mg per week for HRT purposes. Test E is 2 injections per week correct. So 50mg-75mg two times a week.

P.S. Dose test with esters take longer to kick in. week or more in the case of such esters as test E or Test C. So someone for a transition period between the topical to injection would continue topical test for about a week then gradually taper off it as the non topical kicks in?

Note: 100mg-150mg sounds like a low dose considering many people for a first cycle run like 250mg-300mg for a first cycle per week. According to what i have read on forums on this site.
