I have been working on some of my meal prep recipes and here's one I came up with.
1 low carb wrap
.33 lbs ground lamb
1 tbsp fat free cheddar cheese
1 tbsp wild rice
2.5 tbsp cottage cheese
Sriracha
Roughly 500 calories with a whopping 50 grams of protein. I'll eat two of these bad boys for lunch and take in nearly 1/3 or my daily protein intake.
