Wanted to switch things up a bit with my oatmeal, normally eat it every morning. Wanted to see everyones go to recipes, have about 3 different recipes i use.

1. 1 cup quick oats
1 serving of pb
1/2 serving of honey
Mix it w water and heat in the microwave
(Usually eat while bulking)

2. 1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
40-50 grams of frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 serving of honey
Mix with water and eat (cold) or use old fashioned oats boil then add frozen fruit and mix

3. 1 cup quick oats
2 oz sugar free maple syrup (go to brand is log cabin) 15 cals per 2 oz
2 servings of sugar free smuckers strawberry/ red raspberry preserves (10 cals per serving)
Mix with water and eat (cold)
Usually eat this when im on pretty low calories

Cinnamon and alittle sea-salt

I absolutely love this!
 
As soon as they make oats that don't make me fart....I will then try these recipies. :D

Gas from foods generally goes away after enough time of eating the same amount. It's like eating eggs, you get zero gas from large amounts of egg whites if you eat them all the time, but if you don't' eat as many or any for a while, you can get bad gas...

Ill definitely give this one a try! i rarely add cinamon to oats but do love anything with cinnamon

Thats what i figured as well, i never get gas from oats at all or egg whites

1 TBS of coconut oil
2 packets of splenda.

Trust me it's good sh*t..

Ive cooked egg whites in my old fashioned oat, never whole eggs, but ill five this a try !
 
My all time favorite
1/2 cup- 1 cup oatmeal
cinnamon
spray butter
honey
lil peanutbutter

MONEY
 
2 packs instant oatmeal...1 cup boiling water...stir and wait 10 minutes!...whatever happened to simplicity?.....
 
Pack of flavored insta oats small amount of honey and big scoop of cottage cheese.
