I may do my 1st competition ever! May 2nd.
currently 46 yrs old at 6'2", 260. I'm runnin test e at 500, tren e at 400 and primo at 600+. Proviron as an anti e. Gh at 10-20 ius and lr3 twice a week.
Now I don't diet but can eliminate certain greasy foods as I would like to be around 6% without losing any muscle.
Is it normall to Blast till show upping test to 750-1000, tren-600 and keep primo the same? I've gone as high as 3 gms previously.
I'll run letro at 1.25 mgs 10 days out and have Clen, T-3 and 4 plus a diretic.

I have Var, Halo, dbol and adrol.
Again I don't want to lose muscle as any muscle loss will be gone till next bulker in December do to my busy Summers.

You'll always wish you did if you decide not to.
You have loads of muscle but to get to 6% you'll have to get serious with your macros.

I don't think you need to up your doses of oils, perhaps make some minor adjustments. The orals will make a significant difference if done correctly.

Any help would be Great.
Never adjusted micros, I have milk, cookies, ice cream and now easter candys nightly.
My metabolism is Crazy, even eating this until bed I wake up exactly the same weight. 256 this last week.
I normally let my job do my cutting but this yr were off to a slow start and I'm still on a bulking mindset.
