I dieted down for 6 week. then decided I wanted to do a Show. so 12 weeks of clean bulk and then 12 weeks of cutting. Show is the NPC Brooklyn Grand Prix Oct. 3rd.
Looking to see what body parts are lagging and need to be brought up?! I understand Im not stage ready lean in the pictures. But its the Base Im working with. I weight 181lbs in these Pictures and Im 5'2", 31 y/o. also have started on working on posing better..
