Men's Physique competitor- North Americans next!

Hello everyone! Thanks for taking the time to give these one on one critiques!

I've done about 4 physique shows now, and was recently told I should go for my pro card, so I'll be competing in North Americans in another 5 weeks about.

I don't know if I should do my front pose head on, or with a twist.

Any critiques are welcome! Thanks!

You look good! Nice tight, small waist. I'm a big fan of the front pose, it highlights your abs. Hips square to the judges is mandatory in Oklahoma in the comparison round. Since we took out quarter turns it kinda screws that pretty oblique shot you have. But I have my clients hit the pose in the model turns as a transition to the back pose. Just remember to keep your heel on the ground! Keep grinding man, you look great!
