I was wondering if i could get some feedback on my stregnths and weeknesses, what i need to work on ect. before i attempt to compete.

Im 21 years old and my height 6'3 and my weight is sitting around 250-255 right now. I have never competed or dieted down before. I would like compete in the future but i dont think im ready right now. My posing kind of sucks but im getting better lol.... heres some pics. I dont have all the mandatories but i think these might give a pretty good picture of my physique. The side relaxed pic was taken about a month ago.

Great leg and shoulder development. Concentrate on bringing up the back, chest and arms ( in that order). You are carrying a lot of muscle for a tall guy especially at your age so you obviously know how to work hard and you have good genetics.

You are pretty lean, so I'm going to assume that you have a pretty fast metabolism. This can make it a challenge to shovel in enough calories to gain more size. Don't leave it to chance, track your calories and add more high calorie foods as needed.
 
Thanks norm... thats what i was thinking as well... back (more so width?),chest,arms.

Yes my metabolism is very fast....eating enough food is by far the hardest part for me...... i just started tracking my calories on a day to day basis and am glad i did it because i was under eating myself without really knowing.
