Looking to compete this spring maybe NPC Lehigh Valley BB champ... or Body Rock in Virginia

5'6" 30 yr old male currently 239lbs; been training all my life; competitive since 1999.
Full time student (Bio major, chem minor)

I have a decent package to work with, however need work on Pecs

My last contest I didn't fair well (Eastern USA's 9th)

Current cycle consist of (the following is per wk unless stated other wise). Been bridging since Nov 7, 2009
Bridge cycle (b/w cycles or off cycle):
>200mg Primo
>200mg Ganabol (EQ)
>10-20mg var
>25mg clomid
>(100mcg CJC-1295; 200mcg GHRP-6) 3/day
>(60mcg IGF-1 Lr-3 [3-4X/wk] split into 3 daily injections)
>(80mcg IGF-1 rh [1hr post wo])
>300mcg PegMGF sat and sun

My bulk cycle will probably look like:
>500mg TE
>400mg T cyp
>400mg Dec
>(8)5mg d-bol/day total 40mg for first 4 wks
>6iu rHGH/day (2iu 3X/day)
>(60mcg IGF-1 Lr-3 [3-4X/wk] split into 3 daily injections)
>(80mcg IGF-1 rh [1hr post wo])
>300mcg PegMGF sat and sun

WO look like this w/o getting specific:
Mon- Chest, Bis, Abs
Tue- light calves, Quads
Wed- Back, traps
Thur- Delts, tris
Fri- hvy calves, Hams
Sat- Off
Sun- Off


Last show my diet sucked due to my school schedule. This semester it should be a little easier to work in my Diet and WO's, but I need major help so if anyone knows who can help me please refer them. I want to take it to that next level, but need assistance with my diet, supps, and training.

OK, it's done. I decided to go with Dave Palumbo, so hopefully he can help me with my upcoming contests. He's already hooked me up with Colette Nelson, a dietitian and diabetic educator; and boy I need that.

This is truly a life changing endeavor.
 
Ok Phil, you want to know how its going... Let me tell you then.
So far working with Colette has been quite a beneficial experience. My blood glucose levels (BGL) have never been better. The only downside to this is my weight has dropped significantly. I'm now down to 225lbs plus or minus. Yet this is suppose to be my bulk phase, but I guess I have to stick with the program in order to get a handle on this. It sucks though, b/c I'm afraid when I compete this coming spring... I'm afraid I'll plateau or over diet. All I've been eating up until two weeks ago was meat and veg. Now at least I have 2 meals with carbs. But, its still like a contest prep diet. Oh well.

How has the progress been going? I have more than a FEW concerns with your program, and I hope you are ok physically....
 
Phil, physically I'm doing fine. I just survived a rough spring semester in school, however, in order to do as well as I did I had to sacrifice the gym for the last two weeks, which allowed me to finish strong and maintain my scholarship by keeping my GPA above a 3.0. One of the classes I took was Biochem; I learned a great deal about carbohydrate and fat metabolism, and it's a miracle that I've been able to stay fairly lean over the years despite some of the ridiculous amounts of insulin I take. However, I know this is one of the main reason why I can't reach my full genetic potential with getting totally ripped and dry. I have to master this...

I wanted to compete this spring, however, I haven't nailed down a show to commit to yet. I haven't kept in touch with Colette, b/c we've both been so busy; she placed 6th at the Phoenix Pro and 9th at the New York Pro. She truly is an inspiration.

I'm not sure what my future bodybuilding endeavors will be; currently I'm trying to get accepted into an internship opportunity with a genetic research laboratory (Aptagen) near where I live. I'm dying to compete, yet I think if I'm accepted my chances of competing again are limited, and I'm not getting any younger:(.

On the positive side I've incorporated more carbs into my diet and eat somewhat like a normal person with little fluctuation in my BGLs, however, when I eat out... Forget it, my bld sugars are a mess.

I've rambled on enough and will leave it at that.
