Take nothing as an insult. If you need follow up advice to bring up your weak points, describe your wo's in detail, weights aren't important, including how and when you do cardio.
But based on both set of pics,
more back width, more bicep fullness and peak, more quad sweep, more hamstring fullness and detail, same with glutes. There is no such thing as too big in the calf dept.
What show are you planning to hit? Local, state, regional, national qualifyer, etc.?
Your decision will be to either be a "light" light heavy or a "heavy" middleweight. If it's a big show and you come in shape in the low-mid 180's,
you won't like your placing. The best LH's are ripped beyond belief around 205-208 pounds and suck down to make weight.
Currently you look to be in the 12-14% BF range
