Good job

Still a good chunk of fat to lose, but in 18 weeks certainly doable

With the amount of muscle you have now, you will look good at about 165

Well my carbs have just got lower so to be honest strength is dropping but in early months of my progress I gained a good amount of strength and muscle while losing fat now just basically trying to hold as much muscle as possible. It's amazing how small you really are when all that fat and water starts coming off!

I got a ways to go but we will see where I ultimately end up. I hope this becomes a lifestyle change and I don't fall back to my old lazy ways.
 
Out of the three I think you look the best at 198lbs. Good luck bro

still at the same weight 191, but i feel leaner tighter and that I am gaining muscle.

6 whole omega 3 eggs

7 oz grass fed ground beef salad olive oil vinegar

7 oz tuna sashimi or tilapia

5:00
7 oz chicken with red hot and 1/3 cup almonds

pre workout shake 2 scoops isolate

train 8-930

9:45
post workout shake 2 scoops isolate

You have got to feel better not carrying that donut around. The first picture looks uncomfortable almost.

Keep grinding away, results will continue.

Thanks bro, nothing like your transformation but ill get there. Like you carbs make me fat and bloated it sucks man. Constant back in forth in my head weather I can't gain any lean muscle on low carbs. The scales not moving and I'm getting leaner so that's a good sign. I really need to pick up the pace on my cardio that's one thing I'm not religious with yet.
 
I appreciate that but we not competing against each other my man. You continue to do you and you'll get there. I set a goal for myself when I do that for the most part when I set a goal I achieve them. I am not sure what your diet looks like but dont be scared of clean fats if you are going low carbs, raw cashews, almonds, macadamia nut oil, PB & almond butter for whatever reason helped me stay full and I didnt spare much muscle eating in excess of 100-150 grams of fat a day. I wish you the best. Its guys like you who helped me get re-motivated.
