MEREDITH AND I WENT UP IN THE MOUNTAINS TODAY BY A PLACE CALLED NORTH MEADOW CREEK AND THEN ON UP TO A LAKE.

I HAVE THE WHOLD SKINNY AND FAT LOOK GOING AT THE SAME TIME.

I WILL GET BETTER THOUGH. WE ARE JUST TAKING THIS SUMMER AND ENJOYING EACH OTHER'S COMPANY. MEREDITH HAS BEEN SUPER BUSY WITH HER PHD PROGAM. (STEM- SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATH).

SO IF WE WANT TO EAT ICE CREAM AND A BURGER ONCE IN A WHILE...WE'VE BEEN DOING IT. LOL.

That is a perfect day! Well, perfect if you had a fishing pole. Those photos make me feel 10 years old again. Catching frogs? I have a stream in my back yard and I catch frogs with my daughter. I love catching things.

What's the water temperature in the lake? What kind of fish does it hold? I have a 130 gallon fish tank with 2 painted turtles and a 1 poundish Large Mouth Bass my daughter caught. The bass eats out of my hand it's so food aggressive. I have to stick my hand in the tank and push it away so the turtles can eat.

Anyways - you live in paradise - 3 months of the year.

Its so very unfortunate that more people can't enjoy the simple beauty of the mountains , smell truely clean air , taste the water from an alpine run off , hear the sounds of nature that arn't polluted with noise of urban noise.

You two are blessed to have each other and be able to share things like this

So now I am brown and fat. Lol. I have been enjoying summer. I even have 3 personal training clients- against my wishes! Lol.

Triathlon- man, I am so damn lazy that I didn't bring fishing stuff. You know you are super lazy when you are too lazy to fish!

I enjoy wading around catching stuff too! Frogs, bugs, all sorts of critters. The water was cold enough where all your junk shrinks up and you gasp for breath for a while until you can respirate normally.
