Figured it was about my time to post some pics up. Started training about 2.5 years ago. Weighed a skinny fat 135. First "offseason" got up to 192 in the am, weighed in at 169 for my first show(s). Took first in my class for both and happy with my conditioning for the first go around, but think I could take it farther. Took a good amount of time "off" after, but now back to putting on the mass! 191 currently and 20x leaner than when I started my first prep. Doing either jr. nationals or masters nationals next year. Going for lightheavies...hopefully top end of it. Comments, criticism?
