Tampa Pro - Jill Rudison

I started working with Women's Physique Pro Jill Rudison about a month ago, just after she did the Chicago Wings of Strength and did not place (i.e. didn't make top 15 out of 25 competitors there).

Yesterday she ended up placing 8th out of 39 competitors at the Tampa Pro.

She wasn't quite as tight as I wanted her, but still great progress for the month or so that we've been working together. With more time she will definitely be a top contender

Looking at all the pics of clients you post I'm always amazed at how fast you help them out. I guess when it comes to diet you know a lot. With your personal training you offer does it come with a customised diet?
