My Fiance training for WPD

Hey PM Fam !! Starting another thread for my girl .. She's been busting ass training under the guidance of Meadow's .. Once was 240lbs severely obese and lost over 100lbs competed in bikini in 2010lbs at 127lbs on a 5"7 frame and got to skinny plus her trainer at the time cause some metabolism issues by starving her for a good year or so .. She has been on a tough road back to a healthy metabolism while gaining lean muscle tissue .. Looking to compete in early 2014 .. Wanted to share with my fam on here ...
