Slow natural progress

I know i don't look the best as of right now but just thought i would share my natural progress. Age 22

Been playing with my diet some an different training methods to see what works best. (mostly gauge off of the feel not the appearance)

Hope to compete in a year or so. Got a ways to go on my wheels.

Only want to compete to be taken seriously and as a top competitor.


Considering getting on with Shelby withing these next few months to get some real progress!!!

impressive progress man, even more so that you've done this au natural. you have a good head on your shoulders to be thinking of hiring shelby instead of spending that money on drugs you don't need yet. he'll get a lot more gains out of you naturally, good plan.

I can't say its completely natty, the first pic i did about 2 weeks of injection an started feeling bad so got off.

Just keep the diet an intensity in the gym and keep going.
