No where near the standard of most of the guys on this forum. But it was a year ago last week I discovered the joys of training and traded the beer and pills for weights and protein. After weighting a much as a crack addict at 140lbs at 5'11 got sick of having to but small shirts and blown away by a gust of wind I finally got my act together after many previous failed attempts to rid my 10inch arms by consistent training and nutrition and have almost reached my long term goal of 180lbs and now weighting in at 179lbs the last pound is proving to be stubborn at the moment but will come. Now on this forum and and a new goal of 190lbs more inspired than ever to smash it.
