Not really lookin for criticism at this point, not in this pic at least... Just some comments and maybe some mild thoughts. At the moment my fragile psychie can't take the PRESSURE! (finals week lol) Used to have tons more but virus made me clear my hard drive. I know im not as lean as I could be, dont bash me ! Im 19 yrs old, THIS IS MY LIFE. Thanks everyone... I'm now dieting down just for s***s and giggles so well see how I turn out, I will post new ones soon!

Well champ, although I am very strong (usually can get over 500lb bench without issues, 110lb hammer curls strict) I really dont have interest in powerlifting. I love the discipline of bodybuilding. I used to be a marathon runner believe it or not, all throughout my teens, then my knees started to hurt, so I changed my game and got lucky with the genetics. I have hernia surgery on Jan 8, 08, which SUCKS, but sh** happens, after that, I am going all out. As for now, Im dieting a bit. Thanks for the compliment!

And your b/f isnt that high. Your holding a lot of water but you have a small waist,etc.. I would be shocked if it was over %15

Hey man, My training is bodybuilding all the way. I commonly train with the DC method actually. When I am on gear, DC blows me up so friggin fast! I almost always stick to some form of DC with a mixture of POF (position of Flexion) training. Currently, I'm in a training slump though, I'm getting stronger, but not getting sore, and getting bored with my workouts... I need to go on PIMP MY WORKOUT

Your a beast man(i feel like a dwarf now because im 21 and your way bigger than me ).... keep it up bro and DC is way the way to go. I train that way to.... youll get your intrest back when you start blasting again and getting deep into beating your log book. I would just cruise it for a while till your 100% ready to blast again.
