Wanted to start a thread to post some pics. All critiques are welcome.

Just turned 20 on Nov 10. Started training seriously Dec 2010 because I was obese and needed to lose weight. Fell in love with the lifestyle of bodybuilding and haven't quit since.

First set of pics - Left side is from Feb 2012 and weight was 190. Right side is from Nov 2012 and weight is 207.

Weight was 282.

As far as critiques go you just need to get bigger everywhere, while staying lean... Just continue on the path you are on and you'll continue improving... Your decision to lose weight was great for your health, now continue making good healthy decisions.

Agreed 100%. Really undersize right now, especially for my height. Cutting down a tad now because I got chubby over the summer.

Ahh bro whats goin on? Been lurkin here for years but never felt like I was good/smart/experienced enough to post. I like this place. Lots of first hand experiences people share.
