5 on/2 off protocol

What is better to do take wednesday off and sunday off, or take two consecutive days in a row (sat and sun) from taking gh.

It's not better cause the 2 days off you'll still be supressed and have no GH around.

Everything you will hear about this is opinion based and not fact based. I have had good results with taking the weekends off.
