Hey guys. I'm new on here and very glad to join a hater free community of bro's. Started some blue tops about a month ago, running 2iu a day. Recently switched to some Rips. Since I started I've lost about 5 pounds, but my diet is pretty sick...probably around 1000-1200 calories a day. I believe I am sweating much more during my workouts and I am getting leaner by the day. I'm only taking 2.5iu a day. I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on how effective this dose is. It's too damn expensive for 4 which I feel would be more optimum. Also, is this talk about months before an effect bro science or what? I'm more lean, but I'm also still cutting hard! Would love to here your opinions. Thanks guys.
 
not sure about the gh related question but 1000 calories a day? you trying to look like a concentration camp victim?
 
I started at 203 5'8 1/2....Huge gut, max bench about 275. Used a lift a lot but stopped for a while. 8 months ago started hitting the gym again with modest dieting.

Hardcore dieting last month and a half down to 167lbs to shed the final belly fat and trying to get into single digit bf %. Max bench is still 320 now, and getting fu**ing shredded.

Once i get down to about 8% ill be kicking the calories back up to muscle building levels. I know its a little extreme haha

Seems a little counter productive. If you're getting "shredded" currently, than why drop to such a low calorie intake. At such a low intake while still working out youre body is going into survival mode. If you're close to your goal I feel as if youd be much better off going slightly below maintenance or even stay above maintenance until you build a acceptable level of muscle, than slowly cut back down. Annnnywho
 
Firstly I will admit that Im no professional at getting into comp shape. And I know that you generally do need to significantly lower your calorie intake, or dramically up your cardio. But i think 1000 calories is still too low. You can take higher calories than what you currently are. The key to me is the timing of when you take those calories. I agree your body is going into survival mode. Best to get the nutrition right, especially when you are spending the $$$ on hg
 
Yea I hear you guys. The last area of fat is still just hanging around the waste and I really want to see it gone. I'm gonna kick it up some extra vegetables.

At 2.5 ius a day you can still benefit from the anti aging effects and some fat loss. If your using it for bodybuilding I would try to aim for at least 4ius a day. Run it at least 4-6 months. I personally would run it as long as I could afford

Hey bro, how long on the rips at that dose (4-6 iu ED) did you start truly noticing body recomposition...I know gh is a long term ordeal, but my rat just began, and im super glad i started with rips because of all the bunk crap i hear is out there. Just wondering when I'll really start seeing what its got!!

For me it was 2 weeks.
But thats because i was lean to begin with.
