Hi Guys

Im new to forums so if I've missed anything here or posted in the wrong section I am sorry!

I'm just curious if any of you have ever managed to find anything to keep the night sweats away or at least minimise them whilst on tren...
I'm on Med Tech Solutions Lean Extreme (TEST PROP 50mg, DROST PROP 50mg, TREN ACE 50mg, PRIMO ENAN 50mg, 1ml eod)
I am loving the results from the cycle but waking up in the mornings literally dripping which isn't really a big deal and it shows the tren is legit but obviously if theres a way around the sweats I'm all ears!

Also going to be putting a log on here soon so keep an eye out if you are interested!

Thanks!

I haven't found anything that completely eliminates them.

A few things that help -

Keep estrogen in check
Try not to have many carbs before bed
Sleep on a damp towel
Fan on 1 million

i dont get any night sweats when using AI (letrozole)
before i used arimidex at a low dose,

i get bloodwork done quite often too, the problem is tren makes estrogen numbers incorrect.

I can only assume my estrogen was too high when i got night sweats

I have a pillow that stays cool, this helps some as well as getting some small fans and keeping a nice breeze on you, if you hang your feet out from under the covers this will also help.

I've never found a cure to the night sweats. I get them a lot on tren, and sometimes on other hormones too.

damp towel sounds uncomfortable as fuck. lol

far as the OP, I'm in the same boat..
lately I've been running bare min doses.. hardly over hrt. 250mg enan once every 2 weeks and 100mg tren ace per week, if that, and every morning I wake up with my hair, half my pillow, and the bath towel I sleep on literally soaked. gets so bad it wakes me up early, so I get up and pee, come back and replace the towel, and change pillows and sleep another 3hrs and even then I wake up soaked again. I don't even really feel hot at night, but I've got an AC vent and large fan blasting me in an "L" pattern and I'm so soaked I wake up freezing. lol. eating carbs before bed makes it worse, but even without carbs Im still soaked. wasn't even this bad 15yrs ago when running around 7g a week with 150-200/d tren ace with t3/t4 and letro getting ready for a show.... I'm at a loss when it comes to a solution. I usually wake up a good 5-6lbs lighter after peeing, if not more. which would indicate I'm sweating out (and peeing) a good 1/2gal.

No carbs at night has really reduced night sweats for me. I used to eat a big bowl of cereal every night but once I stopped, the sweats were greatly reduced. It didn't completely eliminate the sweating but it did help for sure.

I hear those "cooling gel" pillows help too.

like the dude above me said, Limit carbs and you wont sweat. if its a big issue eat early and try to sleep on as empty of a stomach as you possibly can and this wont be an issue at all.

all opinion

If I have carbs near bed on Tren then I get swimming pool quality sweats and then cold chills from fan on high haha

Agreeing. Carbs before bed bring the sweats big time.

Pretty gross dont know any girl that would sleep with a guy that soaks up the bed would never touch tren.

If you're doing tren right you guys both should be going to bed drenched in sweat anyway so who cares

well hell if your doing it right you cant sleep anyway so who cares haha

The sweats seemed to go way after a couple of weeks. But those first two weeks I was waking up a couple of times a night drenched. It was worth it though. Body fat melted off with the sweat.
