Arthritis of the Knees

im 47 and my knees are going bad. I am aware of all the basic treatments. I want to know if peptides & or growth hormone (site specific) would help me to prolong the negative progression I am experiencing that will ultimately lead to replacement . I figured there would be no place In the world to get straight answer on this. Am I grasping at straws here or what?

Sups could slow the degeneration down. But my experience is that once the cartilage is gone there isn't anything that can be done.
 
You can try Synvisc, I hear this works to prolong knee replacement. My knees are shot too, told long ago I would need replacement. I find relief using deca, but am going to the ortho for synvisc shots soon.

PRP/HA Hylauronic acid combo. Very good and effective. Done it to my shoulder, but th doctor who does this is a knee specialist for FIFA players.
 
Smoke weed, and then stretch you leg out.

Will help better then all the bpc n tb you can use

If you stretch without weed you will never get deep enough
 
Had osteoarthritis in both knees since my early 20's. Now at 41 I have no cartilage left. My best advice supplement wise is msm, curcumin, and uc ii. I've tried everything including gh and peptides, in my case at least there was no stopping it. I'm still able to work my legs and do cardio but I can't run or jump. Good luck man, oa sucks

Thank you all for your replies and advice. I will take it all into consideration but it looks like something I'm going to have to deal with inevitably.

57 years old here. 40+ years of martial arts and just as much have ass squats and deadlifts. 3 knee surgeries. WE ahve to adjust activities as we age. One culprit si staying on AAS too long. Thing months off restores the joints. Other things that help are going natural activities like jogging on grass and biking. Doing sprints and 1/2 sprints. These activities are mild or moderate impact and balance the structures in the legs and knees.

Other than that NSAIDs just before and 1-2 days after hard events that tax the joints. So fat my joint tissue hight in the knees has remained stable even though have some arthritis and pain. Manage smart and conserve for as long as possible. Incidentally, I still squat. Wednesday I was doing sets of 15 with 225. Today I did rack pulls with 325. Slow down the reps and make the weight feel heavier and tax the joints far less. When those periods come when you feel good you can push it a bit harder and load up the bar but you must pay attention to inflammation and the priority is to minimize it as much as possible.
