Oats, Whey, Almond Butter...easy on my stomach...then post workout is something fast....pancakes, waffles, pop tarts....as long as I get 100+ gm carb post with 10 oz of meat
Alright so quick simple carbs post work out and more complex carbs pre workout? I am definitely gonna try some almond butter. I usually would have a protein shake before working out but just seem so lose my drive during the work out.
