Super easy lo-fat Mexican dish

The easy sauce:
1/2 to 1 cup lo-sodium soy sauce (I add a 1/2 cup of water to dilute even more)
Chop all the fresh cilantro you want (I like tons in there)
dice 2-3 green onions
Finely dice a seeded serano chili
Juice from 1/2 lime
Add all ingredients to the soy sauce give a stir and let sit

Grill a flank steak, let rest a few minutes and slice very thin across the grain

Load up a corn tortilla with steak and top with the soy/cilantro/chili sauce
…or for a no carbs version, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas

I love this dish!

I had this last night... love it. I load up that soy with tons of cilantro. Smells so good! The serano's pack a lot much punch than a jalapeno, love that heat. I did learn the hard way months ago to remove my contacts BEFORE handling and chopping these chilis anytime that day. That heat just stays and stays, even after a vigorous hand washing LOL Ouch!

I tried this and it was very good-added fish sauce as well-only a couple of drops.

Make sure to wash your hands before you touch your johnson too!!! Or better yet -wear some disposable gloves!
