Cider Chops
3 Apples ( peeled and sliced )
6 Porkchops
2 Medium onions
1/4 Cup Brown sugar
3 1/2 Cups Apple Cider
Fry chops til brown, set aside
Saute onions in butter til soft add brown sugar, cider, apples and chops....simmer 25 - 30 mins
mix a bit of cornstarch in a cup with hot cider to thicken sauce.
