While working on gym, a clean diet does miracles and helps a lot, while some foods can ruin it all. What you wouldn't touch for any reason ?

Shits like god damn heroin to me. If I touch the stuff, I dont stop until the jar is empty then I go raid the the fridge.

BUT for those who can handle it, mix in an extra 5-6 packets of splenda and 2-3 tsp sea salt while the oil is separated at room temp. Refrigerate so it doesnt re-separate or whatever and bam. Crack in nut form.

Never thought about that , I usually add stevia and cinnamon to mine and mix it up but damn going to try that sea salt and stevia trick.

Pnb is one of the best bodybuilding foods and for people like you and me one of the worst. I've often demolished a 2700 calorie jar in one hit :mad:

Bread is a no no for me, any heavily processed shit really

Yep I agree, bread is a no go for me. Worst part is I love bread so it's hard not to eat it. Gives me really bad bloated stomach though

Same here but only if I have like a full sub worth of bread. Then it gives me terrible gas even though I dont get gas from milk, lots of whey, eggs etc...
 
Haribo. I remember having 300g carbs (sugar) of haribo and felt sick for hours... major sugar rush :eek::D
 
soda Pop is my weakness. So much damnable sugar but damn its good. Water sucks but it is the body's best friend.
